ABOUT THE ROLE - CHALLENGES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of accountant, you will be responsible for ongoing accounting and be a key person in ensuring correct, efficient, and transparent financial management in Lavendla's operations. You will work broadly with both operational and developmental tasks and have many contact points internally and externally.

The role suits you who thrive in a dynamic environment, appreciate responsibility, and want to combine structure with improvement work. You will work with financial tasks in all three of Lavendla's companies - Lavendla AB, Lavendla ApS, and Nila Health AB.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in finance/accounting

• At least 3 years of experience in ongoing bookkeeping

• Good knowledge of monthly and annual financial statements

• Experience with account reconciliations and accruals

• Good understanding of VAT and basic tax regulations

• Very good system proficiency in financial systems

• Good knowledge of Excel

• Ability to work independently, structured, and accurately

• Good communication skills in both spoken and written form

Meritorious

• Very good system proficiency in Visma.net

• Experience in bookkeeping for Danish companies (ApS)

• Experience from the funeral industry

• Experience with annual reports

• Knowledge of K2/K3

• Experience from growth companies or corporate environments

• Experience in process development and efficiency

• Interest in digitization and automation of financial flows
